I realized that I haven’t really said anything about myself, so here goes!

I’m a writer born in raised in Texas. I don’t have an accent, but I do own cowboy boots, so that counts for something. I graduated high school Class of 2014 and haven’t started college yet. I’m working to save up some money first, but I plan on majoring in English Literature.

I have four animals:

Above: This here is Lady. She rules the household.

This is Charlie. He’s terrified of practically everything, but he’s very sweet. (Unless you’re a kid.. or a stranger and you touch his ears.

This is Ranger. He’s actually my dad’s dog, adopted from my sister. He’s cute and all, but puppies are a handful.

Finally, this here is Xena ❤ I’ve had her since I was six. She’s 91 (13) years old.

Obviously, I’m an animal lover. I also love stories in any and all fashion.

I’m a huge video game lover….

…especially games for the Nintendo 3DS and Gamecube!

I love stories of all types, but I have a weakness for things such as angels, demons, anti-heroes, dragons, etc. Dark stories with  a bunch of comedy thrown into the mix. Sarcastic characters are my weakness!

I’ve been writing practically since I picked up a pencil. I began writing my first book when I was 9 and finished when I was 12, and went on to write a sequel. Both are now lying abandoned somewhere because they were terrible, but that’s to be expected, haha.

I wrote for a local newspaper for a while, but am now focusing solely on personal projects and fiction.

I will still take freelance offers, though, so feel free to shoot me an email.

Also, I write book reviews about both new YA and old books you may never have heard about. It’s important to unearth forgotten authors and take a look at their works and give them just as much spotlight as the latest books at Barnes & Noble. All of my links to these reviews are under my Current Works tag!

That’s about all I can think of. Thanks for reading! If you want to get in touch or just talk books feel free to leave a comment or find me on Tumblr!
